Delete Your Account

Delete from the app

Open RoofLens and sign in.
Open the navigation drawer.
Select Account and settings.
Select Delete account and confirm.

This is the fastest method because it securely verifies the signed-in account.

Request deletion without the app

Send the request from the email address associated with your RoofLens account. We may ask for limited additional verification before deleting data to protect accounts from unauthorized requests.

What is deleted

Your RoofLens authentication account and user profile.
Your personal workspace memberships and invitation records.
Projects, uploads and related workspace data when you are the only workspace member.
Your RevenueCat subscriber profile used to connect subscription status.

Shared workspaces

If other members use a workspace you own, ownership may be transferred to an eligible administrator or team member before your membership is removed. Shared business projects remain available to that workspace. Contact support before deletion if you need a separate export.

Subscription and retained records

Deleting your RoofLens account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel renewal in your store account settings first. Apple, Google, RevenueCat or RoofLens may retain limited transaction, fraud-prevention, tax or legal records where required.

Processing time

In-app deletion begins immediately. Verified email requests are normally completed within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements and the time needed to protect shared workspace data.
