Privacy Policy

This policy explains how RoofLens collects, uses, stores and shares information.
Information we collect
- Account information received from Apple or Google sign-in, including your identifier, name and email where available.
- Workspace, customer, project, address, roof geometry, measurements, material, pricing and proposal data you enter.
- Photos, drone images, plans and related metadata you choose to upload for roof analysis.
- Subscription status, product identifiers and transaction references. RoofLens does not receive your full payment card number.
- Device, security, crash, performance and usage-limit information needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, sync workspaces, provide roof drawing, takeoff, estimating, reporting and AI-assisted analysis, manage subscriptions and quotas, support users, prevent abuse, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
RoofLens uses Google Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, database, storage, server functions, diagnostics and model inference; RevenueCat, Apple and Google for subscription management; Mapbox for maps; and approved computer-vision or AI providers for imagery you submit to analysis. Commercial imagery providers are used only when that feature is enabled and licensed.
These providers process information under their own security and privacy terms solely to deliver their part of the service. Processing may occur outside your country.
Workspace sharing
Project information is visible to authorized members of the workspace. Workspace owners and administrators control invitations and roles. Do not add personal or project information that other authorized workspace members should not access.
AI-assisted analysis
Uploaded roof imagery may be processed to create an editable draft. AI output is not treated as a verified measurement. A qualified user must review geometry, scale, facets and quantities before professional use. Corrected samples are used for model improvement only when the applicable data controls and permissions allow it.
Retention and deletion
Account and project information is retained while your account or shared workspace remains active. Uploaded analysis images are subject to automated lifecycle deletion. When you delete your account, your profile and personal membership are removed. A sole-owner workspace is deleted; a shared workspace may be transferred to another member so their business records are not destroyed.
Limited billing, security or legal records may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention or store accounting rules. Apple, Google and RevenueCat may retain transaction records under their own policies.
Security
We use authenticated access, role-based workspace controls, Firebase App Check, encrypted network connections and restricted server secrets. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can edit project information in the app, manage store subscriptions through Apple or Google, and permanently delete your account in RoofLens. You may also request access, correction, export, restriction or deletion by emailing info@sorin.tech. Rights vary by jurisdiction.
Children
RoofLens is a professional business tool and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age in their jurisdiction.
