Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your device and account, and have authority to create or join a workspace. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for member access and business data shared with their team.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically for the period and price displayed by the App Store or Google Play unless canceled through your store account before renewal. Available trials, prices, currencies and taxes are controlled by the store and may vary by country. Refund requests are handled under the applicable store policy. Restore Purchases reconnects an eligible store purchase and does not create a second charge.

Professional verification

You remain responsible for site inspection, actual dimensions, roof condition, structural capacity, access, fall protection, weather, local codes, permits, product instructions, taxes and the final customer proposal.

Uploaded content

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant RoofLens and its processors the limited rights needed to store, transform, analyze, synchronize and display that content to provide the service. You must have permission to upload the content and must not violate privacy, intellectual-property or property rights.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, bypass quotas or security controls, probe other accounts, upload malicious or unlawful content, interfere with infrastructure, resell unauthorized access, or use output to misrepresent unverified measurements as certified results.

Third-party services

Maps, imagery, stores, authentication, cloud infrastructure and AI services may be supplied by third parties. Their availability and terms may change. Features dependent on a third-party service may be limited or unavailable in some regions.

Availability and changes

We work to keep RoofLens reliable but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Offline edits may require later synchronization. We may improve, replace or discontinue features when necessary for security, law, provider changes or product development.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict access for material violations, fraud, abuse, security risk or nonpayment. You may stop using RoofLens and delete your account at any time. Canceling a subscription and deleting an account are separate actions.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, RoofLens is provided without warranties that every output will be complete or error-free. We are not responsible for losses caused by unverified measurements, unsafe site practices, incorrect user inputs, third-party outages or decisions made without required professional review. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
